ספוטליין היא אפליקציה למעקב אחרי אימונים, משקל, מדידות ותזונה, שפותחה על ידי יובל אלעד. המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע האפליקציה אוספת, מה נעשה בו ומה הזכויות שלך.

בקצרה

• הנתונים שלך נשמרים קודם כל בטלפון. אפשר להשתמש באפליקציה בלי חשבון בכלל.
• אין פרסומות, אין מעקב, אין כלי ניתוח שימוש, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מידע לאף אחד.
• אפשר למחוק את החשבון מתוך האפליקציה בכל רגע.

מידע שנשמר בטלפון

אימונים, תוכניות, שקילות, מדידות גוף, ארוחות, הערות והגדרות נשמרים במסד נתונים מקומי בטלפון. בלי חשבון, המידע הזה לא יוצא מהטלפון, למעט המקרים המפורטים בהמשך (ניתוח תמונת ארוחה וחיפוש ברקוד).

חשבון (לא חובה)

אם בחרת להתחבר עם אפל או עם גוגל, אנחנו מקבלים מהם את השם, כתובת המייל (באפל אפשר לבחור כתובת מוסתרת) ומזהה משתמש. החשבון מאפשר לשמור עותק גיבוי של הנתונים שלך בענן ולשחזר אותו בטלפון חדש. החשבון והגיבוי נשמרים אצל Supabase, ספק התשתית שלנו, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי, וכל משתמש יכול לגשת רק לנתונים של עצמו.

ניתוח תמונת ארוחה

כשמצלמים ארוחה, התמונה וההערה שכתבת נשלחות לשרת שלנו ומשם ל־Anthropic (המודל Claude) לזיהוי המזונות. אנחנו לא שומרים את התמונה. Anthropic לא משתמשת בה לאימון מודלים ומוחקת אותה לפי מדיניות השמירה שלה. לצורך מעקב עלויות ותקלות נשמר אצלנו רישום של כל ניתוח: מזהה אקראי של ההתקנה, גרסת האפליקציה, ההערה, מספר הפריטים שזוהו וזמן התגובה, בלי התמונה.

חיפוש ברקוד

מוצר שלא נמצא ברשימה המקומית מחופש ב־Open Food Facts, מאגר מזון פתוח. נשלח רק מספר הברקוד.

אפליקציית הבריאות של אפל

אם אישרת, ספוטליין קוראת צעדים, אנרגיה פעילה ושקילות, ושומרת אימונים שהסתיימו באפליקציית הבריאות. המידע הזה נשאר בטלפון בלבד: הוא לא נשלח לשרתים שלנו או לאף גורם אחר, ולא משמש לפרסום. אפשר לבטל את ההרשאה בכל רגע בהגדרות האייפון.

התראות

תזכורות מנוחה ושקילה הן התראות מקומיות שנוצרות בטלפון. אין שליחת התראות משרת.

מחיקה

בהגדרות ← חשבון ← מחק חשבון: החשבון והעותק בענן נמחקים לצמיתות, וגם ההרשאה שנתת לספוטליין אצל אפל מבוטלת. הנתונים בטלפון נשארים עד שתמחק את האפליקציה. אפשר גם לבקש מחיקה, עיון או תיקון במייל.

ילדים

האפליקציה לא מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 16.

שינויים

אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד הזה עם תאריך חדש.

Privacy Policy

Spotline is an app for tracking workouts, body weight, measurements and nutrition, developed by Yovel Elad. This policy explains what the app collects, what happens to it, and your rights.

In short

• Your data lives on your phone first. You can use the app without an account.
• No ads, no tracking, no usage analytics, and we never sell data.
• You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Data stored on your phone

Workouts, programs, weigh-ins, body measurements, meals, notes and settings are stored in a local database on your phone. Without an account, this data doesn't leave the phone, except as described below (meal photo analysis and barcode lookup).

Account (optional)

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address (Apple lets you hide it behind a relay address) and a user identifier. An account lets the app keep a backup copy of your data in the cloud and restore it on a new phone. Accounts and backups are stored with Supabase, our infrastructure provider, on servers in the European Union, and each user can access only their own data.

Meal photo analysis

When you photograph a meal, the photo and any note you write are sent to our server and on to Anthropic (the Claude model) to identify the foods. We don't keep the photo. Anthropic doesn't use it to train models and deletes it under its retention policy. To track costs and errors we log each analysis: a random install identifier, the app version, the note, how many items were found and the response time, without the photo.

Barcode lookup

A product that isn't in the local list is looked up in Open Food Facts, an open food database. Only the barcode number is sent.

Apple Health

With your permission, Spotline reads steps, active energy and weigh-ins, and saves finished workouts to Apple Health. This data stays on your phone: it is never sent to our servers or anyone else, and is never used for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in iPhone Settings.

Notifications

Rest and weigh-in reminders are local notifications created on the phone. Nothing is pushed from a server.

Deletion

Settings → Account → Delete account permanently deletes your account and its cloud copy, and revokes Spotline's Sign in with Apple access. Data on the phone stays until you delete the app. You can also request deletion, access or correction by email.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
